What is Rip & Stain Protection?

Our Rip & Stain Protection is an optional add-on designed to cover accidental minor damage that may occur during your item rental. We understand that special moments sometimes come with unexpected spills or snags and we’ve got you covered.

What It Covers

• Minor fabric tears or snags

• Cosmetic stains (e.g. makeup,
  fake tan, champagne)

• Loose stitching or minor seam issues
  
  

What It Does NOT Cover

• Lost, stolen, or unreturned robes
  

• Irreparable damage (e.g. large burns,
  bleach stains, significant tearing)
  

• Permanent marker, paint, or non-
  removable stains
  

• Deliberate or negligent misuse
  

• In cases of major or irreparable damage,
  the renter will be responsible for
  the full replacement cost as outlined in our
  Terms & Conditions.

Pricing

Rip & Stain Protection can be added to any
rental for just $35 per cart.

This small fee helps us manage minor repairs so
you can enjoy your day stress-free.

If you choose not to purchase this cover, you may be
charged for any damage at our discretion.

What Happens If my item Is Damaged?

If you return an item with minor damage and you purchased this cover, we’ll handle it at no extra cost. If the item is returned with major damage or is missing, we’ll contact you directly to discuss next steps.

Terms Acknowledgement

By renting with us, you agree to our rental policy and return conditions. Add-on coverage is entirely optional but recommended for added peace of mind.
