Do I need to clean items before returning it?

Nope! Please don’t wash or dry clean your robe or other items.
We take care of all cleaning using methods that protect the delicate fabrics. Care instructions come with every booking.

When will my items arrive?

Your item(s) will arrive 1–2 days before your rental start date, giving you time for try ons and to get ready stress-free.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

What’s the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 4 days, which typically covers the event and return time.

How do I choose the right size?

For some items, sizing up may work best as items can be easily worked with for your photo moments.
If you’re unsure, feel free to email us, we’re happy to assist.

Do you ship throughout New Zealand?

Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Signature on delivery is required unless you opt out, but please note, you’ll be responsible for any loss or theft if no signature is collected.

Are items personalised?

Because this is a rental service, we don’t offer custom embroidery or name personalisation, but our robes and other items are timeless and beautifully minimal so they photograph perfectly.

How far in advance should I book my items?

We recommend booking at least 6–12 weeks before your wedding to secure your preferred styles and sizes, especially during peak wedding season.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of robes I can rent?

There’s no minimum! Whether it’s just you or your whole bridal party, we’re here for it.
